Fixed packages, no hidden extras. What's in the starter is clear; anything beyond gets quoted per change request so you never hit a surprise invoice.

Yes — 30–50% to kick off, the rest at launch. For longer projects we sometimes split into three milestones. Invoicing follows Dutch VAT rules.

Third-party licenses (premium booking systems, etc.), stock photography beyond a basic pack, large-scale copywriting, and campaigns after launch. All transparent in the quote.

Who writes the copy?

We write the SEO baseline. For personal sections (team, about, vision) we ask for short brief docs or interviews and then write in your voice.

Can we tie an intake form to the booking?

Yes — for skin improvement an intake is essential. We build a gated intake that has to be filled before the appointment.

How do you handle privacy of before/after photos?

Only photos with explicit consent are shown. We build a management view where you tick per client what's usable.

Absolutely. We set up a light editor tuned for your niche (menu, pricing, team, blog). Short training at launch so everything runs without us.

Who owns the site and code?

You do. At final payment you get a perpetual licence; source lives in a GitHub repo we can hand over on request. Hosting and domains you can migrate at any time.

Can you help with SEO and ads after launch?

Yes — monthly optimisation (content, technical, conversion) or ad-hoc help with Google / Meta Ads. Often as a monthly contract with shared goals.
