We flag every blocker early. If delays from your side push the timeline, we reschedule without drama — your kick-off slot holds and we just push delivery.

What does a website cost?

Starter packages begin at €750 for service-based sites, €1,250 for professional firms and e-commerce. The exact number depends on pages, integrations and content scope — always fixed in advance, never time-and-materials on a surprise invoice.

Is there a deposit?

Yes — 30–50% of the total before kick-off, the balance on launch. For longer builds we'll sometimes split into three milestones.

What's included in the starter price?

Design, build, on-page SEO, responsive layout, performance optimisation, cookie banner, basic analytics, and one year of hosting and domain management.

What costs extra?

Paid integrations (Salonized, Formitable, CRM's etc.), licensed fonts, stock photography beyond a basic pack, ongoing content work, and post-launch campaigns or ads.

Do you offer payment plans?

For sums above €2,500 we can split into three instalments at no extra cost. Anything longer than that is in our strategy call.

How many revision rounds do I get?

Two full rounds per project phase (design + build) are included. Most clients don't use them both because we catch issues early in the shared preview. Extra rounds can be added at our day rate.

What if I'm not happy with the end result?

We keep working with you until you are — as long as feedback stays within the originally agreed scope and goals. If we genuinely can't agree, we invoice for the work actually delivered at our standard day rate; anything already paid is credited against that invoice. Full details are in our terms.

Can I cancel the project after kick-off?

No — once the team's blocked time for you and work is underway, the project runs to completion. Deposits are non-refundable after kick-off. We'll always try to pause or reshape the project first if circumstances change.

Who owns the final website?

You do. On final payment, you get a perpetual licence to use the deliverables for your business. Source code lives in your own GitHub (or ours, transferred to you on request). We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise.

What tech stack do you use?

Most new builds ship on Next.js 15, Tailwind v4 and a content layer tuned to what you need (MDX for content-heavy, Supabase or Sanity when editing team is bigger). Hosted on Vercel. For SaaS-style projects we add Clerk, Stripe and Postgres.

Can my team update content later?

Yes. We set up an editor tuned to your content: a lightweight CMS for services and menus, or a headless setup for blogs and news. No code needed once you're trained.

Do you offer post-launch support?

Every project ships with a 30-day shake-out period for bugs and tweaks at no charge. After that we offer monthly retainers for optimisation, new features or ongoing SEO — or you can just reach out when something breaks.

What about hosting and domains?

We manage them for you for the first year. If you want control yourself, we hand over access at any point.

Is the site GDPR compliant?

Out of the box: cookie banner, TLS, EU-based hosting and storage, and a data processing agreement. For healthcare, legal and financial projects we add extra controls.
