The challenge
The salon sold its own haircare line but the webshop and the salon-site were two different worlds. Visitors booked a cut, then left, products stayed on the shelf.

We merged the brand site and webshop into one experience: products featured alongside services, bookings and checkout feel like the same journey. Stock and pricing pulled from Shopify.
