Dodo Defence. A training site that doubles as a lead engine.

The challenge
Dodo Defence ran serious tactical training but the site read like a blog. Course dates were buried, enrolments went through email, and Google couldn't tell what they actually sold.
They wanted a single page that could carry a cold LinkedIn ad straight to an intake — without losing the air of seriousness their clients expect.
Our approach
We rebuilt the site around the course offer: a clear hero with upcoming dates, an enrolment form wired to their inbox via Resend, and proof sections for instructor credentials and past cohorts.
Every course type got its own page optimised for its own search terms, cross-linked back to the main enrolment funnel.
The result
Qualified lead volume went from a trickle to 220+ per month within the first quarter. Sales calls now open with 'I saw your site' instead of 'what do you actually do?'.
The tools behind Dodo Defence.
Every stack choice is deliberate — boring where boring works, clever where clever pays off.
