Families looking for care were landing on a site that took too long to explain what Zorg Regie did. First-contact time suffered.

Our approach

Rewrote the entire site around 'what can we help with right now?' Each care path gets its own page, routed to a dedicated coordinator via a GDPR-proof intake.

The result

Time to first human response dropped 58%. More importantly, families reach the right coordinator on the first try.
