Can clients book straight from an ad?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your ad lands on a page about that one treatment, with a button to your booking system, like Salonized or Treatwell. So nobody has to go looking first.

Instagram or Google, where should I advertise?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your treatments and your clients. If clients already know what they want, they search on Google; if they need to see your work first, you reach them on Instagram. We choose together on the intro call, and in All-in-one we do both, tuned to each other.

Can we tie an intake form to the booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For skin treatments an intake matters, so we make sure it's filled in before the appointment: in your booking system if it can do that, or with a short form on the page they book from.

How do you handle privacy with before and after photos?

We only use photos a client has agreed to share: on your pages, in your ads and, in All-in-one, on your social media. Point at which ones can go up, or should come down, in your dashboard and we handle it.

I work with courses of several weeks. How do you show them?

Each course gets its own page with the timeline, what to expect and the price, so clients know what they're signing up for. An ad of its own can land there too.

Who writes the treatment descriptions?

We do, with you, based on how you actually do each treatment. For your pages and your ads, and with care around anything that sounds like a medical promise.

How do we get found for 'beauty salon' plus our town?

With Google ads on exactly those searches, a page per treatment and a Google profile with reviews that are kept up. If we build your site, it's technically sound and fast, so Google reads it well.

What does it cost?

Every package is one fixed amount a month, with no setup fee. What each one costs and what's in it is on the pricing page. You pay your ad budget to Google or Meta yourself.

Do I need a new website?

Not necessarily. With Ads your own site stays and we make the pages your ads land on. If your site is due for replacing, we build a new one in Ads + website.

How long am I tied in?

The first 3 months are fixed, so your ads get time to learn. After that you can cancel any month, with one month's notice.

What do I have to do myself?

An intro call of a quarter of an hour, access to your accounts, and approving the first version. We do the rest.

Is everything in my name?
